Dre's DVD battle: "Dr Dre is being sued over the contents of a DVD.
The 'Up In Smoke' DVD features live footage of Dre, Eminem, Ice Cube and Snoop Dogg as well as a bonus track depicting a heated backstage discussion.
The film, shot at Detroit's Joe Louis Arena on July 6 2000, shows local officials arguing with Dre's tour crew after two explicit videos were forcibly dropped from the show.
Plaintiffs Greg Bowens, Paula Bridges and Gary Brown claim the exchange was recorded without their knowledge or consent and that their DVD appearance was unauthorised."
